Generally, my many experiences with Bolt taxis have been good, with quick, and very efficient travelling experiences. The main let down is the app which can often disappoint, when clearly there are no drivers available locally. The most frustrating part of Bolt is not being able to pre book. I tried to book a Bolt taxi on the app to Birmingham airport for a mid week late morning flight within a radius of 12 miles, but this was impossible after an hour of multiple attempts. By this time my time was running out and by then no other taxi services were available either. I would have missed my flight, if it wasn't for a last minute borrowing of a car to get to the airport and have the joy of paying £130.00 airport parking charge to leave the car there for 1 week. Therefore, do not rely on the Bolt app for any urgent same day schedules such as getting to airports or railway stations, as such high demand pick ups cannot be promised at the time of your booking request on the app.

I took this cab with Reg.LR69CCK from Thatched house around 4am and he started doing 56mph on the high way jumping from different lanes when I cautioned him,he didn't take it,he argued and said he is the driver and am drunk,he can do 10% more above Speed Limit,I told him if I feel endangered he would have to stop the car.He acted very unprofessional lying and threatening me he is an unsafe driver and he should be checked.
