Had problem with order and it was solved beyond belief

Never trying another purple shampoo , this is the only one that i can actually say I see results . First wash and you notice the yellow/orange turning platinum . I get so many compliments when I use this on my hair

I like it..The best part about using it...I stopped dying my hair...However I go through conditioner fast, and it's getting expensive.Wish they would offer coupons or specials..Maybe think about making larger quantities/containers

I bought the purple shampoo in December, on a good sale. I was pleasantly surprised to see a guarantee for money back if you're not happy with the experience, as I found the results to be very underwhelming. I have multi-tonal blonde hair, with a darker undercolour. When I tried it, I left it on a substantially long time, approximately 30 minutes. I found it to work very well on the pieces that were already extremely light. On the golden tones, which is where I was wanting the brassiness muted, I found it did not do much of anything. I did not apply it to my darker undercolour. I reached out to the company via social media. No response through their Facebook profile. On Instagram, they responded the same day. Then, 4 days later (*after I shared a photo), they claimed it wouldn't work on the darker colours in my hair (*which I did not apply it to). They DID agree to a refund. I provided them with my order information. 2 weeks after that, still nothing. 6 days after THAT, they responded that they needed an address. Then nothing. That was on December 29. I have since sent another message on January 8 and again today, on January 29 with still no response. Definitely not satisfied with their customer service.

Love, love, love the results but the scent is too much - rather have a clean scent.
