Boggi ES Tracking Order Status

Buongiorno! Mi sono recata nel vostro negozio di via Lancetti a Milano…con nostro disappunto e quello degli altri presenti….ARIA CONDIZIONATA non FUNZIONANTE 🫣..,alcuni misuravano gli abiti…INAUDITTO …qualcuno poi lo comprerà…alla cassa il server non funzionava forse anche lui X il troppo caldo…è solo la pazienza e bravura del commesso Giorgio….che nonostante tutto ci ha fatto acquistare…poverini erano esausti …umanamente X i lavoratori non è possibile vivere giornate così…la prossima volta quando dimenticherò mi accerterò che tutto sia funzionante…

Pour ce qui est des pull et chemises, tout est ok. Par contre, les pantalons, c’est une catastrophe. Très rapidement les poches se sont trouées (dans tous mes pantalons) et ça ne m’est jamais arrivé avec d’autres marques. Je n’ai tout simplement plus de poches.

Ordered 2 double breasted suit jackets to be shipped to the US. They weren't in stock online so Gianni took care of me arranging a shipment from one of the London stores to Florida which arrived promptly. Great service!

Gianni, the manager of Boggi in Regent Street, London, provided an outstanding customer service. He advised on the most suitable clothes and material I should wear to look impeccable. Highly recommended.

I purchased an expensive suit for my nephew from the Boggi Cannes, France store. My nephew was present at the purchase. When he tried the suit on it was clear it needed to be altered to fit correctly. Since he lives in Madrid the alterations would need to be done at the Boggi Madrid store, possibly at additional expense which was no problem. The problem occurred with the Madrid store when the Tailor in the Madrid store refused to perform the alterations. The Tailor claimed the alterations would be too great. I returned the suit about 5 weeks later to the Cannes store. They took the suit back and after a few questions about why I was returning it, they provided a full refund. Having read the reviews here, after the original purchase, I was concerned there would be issues getting a refund. But Boggi did right by me. Thank you Boggi
