Blue Sky Vitamin Tracking Order Status

Placed an order before the holidays. It never arrived hard to contact anyone was able to email customer service. The agent was horrific. She told us we would have to do our own investigation to track down the package. No offers to replace or refund our items we just called our credit card company and disputed it. We were able to get our money back thank God this is the second time we’ve had an issue with this company. ****BUYER BEWARE****

Package of $200 worth of probiotics was delivered hott to my home. Thermal pack and “free” ice pack did not keep product cool. When I just called customer service, they said they don’t accept refunds or returns on temperature sensitive products. How is OK that their product was delivered to me at an unacceptable temperature but they themselves won’t accept temperature sensitive products back? Poor customer service when I called and explained I enjoyed their company and wanted to keep using them but I simply wanted new pills shipped correctly (I had previously got newborn probiotic from blue sky vitamins and it was fine and shipped at ok temperature)…only for them to decline to do anything and now I have to find another company. Seems crazy to me I have two toddlers and could have been a lifelong customer paying them hundreds of dollars and customer service just said sorry, we don’t accept returns on that!

Shipping time was longer than promised. PRODUCT CAN EXPOSE YOU LEAD. MERCURY AND CADMUIM , PER THE MICROSCOPIC SIZED PRINT ON THEIR LABEL. They won't take it back, because package was opened. What kind of company sells products with that potential, and labels it with an almost illegible notice.?? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
