Blue Mountain Organics Tracking Order Status

I am a walnut butter aficionado, I have tried every brand I can find, and imho, Blue Mountain Organic Walnut Butter is by far the best I've ever had. I ordered two jars of 16 oz to save a bit on shipping. This is a very delicious walnut butter and will be a staple in my kitchen.

I roll my own oats because they taste delicious, and the only place I can find whole raw oats is Blue Mountain Organics. The first time I ordered 25 lbs, it was great, and they tasted so good. This time, I get the bag of oats, and black kernels are mixed in that look like mouse droppings. The taste is different, too. Geo from customer service said that they were mustard seeds and there was nothing to worry about. Mouse droppings or mustard seeds, I don't want them in my oats. This customer service is disappointing and I will have to find a different place to buy my oats from, plus a horse or a pig, that I can feed this batch to.

Very good tasting nut butters, and their customer service team is top tier. My cashew butter jar broke upon delivery and they sent me a replacement while also paying for shipping. Thanks Geo for making my day better 👍

Shipping was awful- despite the excessive price. Nuts have a dusty coating and customer service is mediocre, at best.
