bluemercury Tracking Order Status

The beauty consultants GET me! A skin professional recommended Jane Ireland makeup & Blue Mercury carries the line. However, I couldn’t figure out which product or shade was right for me, so I went to visit my local Blue Mercury beauty consultants. After they listened to my concerns (aging, sensitivity, redness), they recommended the Chantecaille line, and only sold me what I needed (foundation, concealer, sponge). They saved me from trial & error & $. The Blue Mercury beauty consultants are experts who know and recommend the right products for you!

I got my order 4 days later! It did take a couple days for the order confirmation email, so I got a little nervous because of the reviews on here, but I emailed them & they got back to me within a couple hours!! I ended up getting the confirmation email 2 days after ordering, then my package arrived 2 days after that. I’m glad I ordered with them because what I got was discontinued & sold out everywhere else.

I had a perfectly good and straightforward experience ordering from Bluemercury. I placed my order for one item on a Friday afternoon, it was promptly confirmed by email, and then shipped the following Monday p.m. via UPS with tracking information available. A simple email inquiry to customer service after ordering was answered right away, clearly and in a very nice way.

I almost didn't order from Bluemercury.com because of the HORRIBLE reviews on this website, but I took a gamble anyway, or at least I thought it was a gamble based on the terrible reviews. I guess if those reviews were legit???? Bluemercury.com has fixed any issues they may have had because I placed my $220. order yesterday and my items shipped today! I will come back tomorrow and complete my review but it appears the products I ordered are on the way! So far, I'm very impressed, Fingers Crossed I'm NOT wrong. I figure I have American Express behind me if anything happens! Until my products arrive...... MY products arrived today, I received them in 2 days! I received everything in perfect condition with 2 free deluxe samples! I will be ordering from Bluemercury.com AGAIN, as they are Terrific! Thank you, BlueMercury.com! Great Prices, Great Delivery! They keep canceling my orders. This is the second time in a month my order has been canceled when I use my coupon. I am a loyal customer with a long ordering history. They say oh item is not in stock. It is and has been for months. Will never shop with them again.
