Understood my WordPress issues and quickly attended to and fixed issues in a timely manner. Explained what caused the main issue which is always great to know. I also love the online chat service as it gives me time to do other things whilst waiting for action items, which means there is no workflow time lost for me.

Ran into issues when transferring my domain, and trying to book Wordpress hosting. Issues shouldn't have existed in the first place, hence the 4 stars - but Radhika was great at solving these issues for me quickly. Definitely get in touch with support for any issues!
