Ich habe von einer Freundin die 4D-Vibrationsplatte übernommen und mir fehlten die Bedienungsanleitung und die weiterführenden Broschüren. Im Netz habe ich nur die Anleitung gefunden und daraufhin den Support kontaktiert. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten wurden mir alle benötigten Unterlagen mit einem sehr netten Anschreiben als PDF zugesendet. Hardware item missing from original delivery, contacted bluefin fitness who looked into the issue. Within one week item through my letterbox. Very pleased, thank for the service and very pleased with the rowing machine .

Purchased a treadmill in 2020 and it has been a great machine, The control panel has started to play up so I contacted Bluefin for help. Their response was swift and efficient allowing my to purchase a replacement panel at a very reasonable price.
