SLOW SHIPPING! They didn't even get my item to UPS until 4 days after my order, so even though I live less than 200 miles from their ship point it's been over a week and I still haven't gotten the item. I ordered from Bluedogink instead of Amazon because Amazon is so predatory to their sellers, but in the future I might just do Amazon due to the fast shipping.

Purchased a printer at competitive price and it was shipped very promptly. It arrived damaged and I immediately informed Bluedog Ink with pictures. They apologized and promptly stated they will give me a return label to return it. It’s been 10 days and I interact with them daily asking for an update. They repeatedly state I should receive the shipping label very soon but I never receive it. If you are lucky enough to receive an undamaged item then price-wise Bluedog Ink looks to be a good vendor. If it arrives damaged then you are stuck with the hassle which makes any price savings not worth it. Happy to update my review when I receive a return shipping label.
