Been using Blu shower filter for long time, feel the cleanliness of the water evertime you take a shower. Assistance done by Rey was very good, very friendly and explains product well on the product I purchased.

I contacted customer team yesterday with issue I was experiencing with my 2 vape Blu bar strawberry ice 1000 puffs. After very friendly conversation and information provided to Georgia ( customer team ) she updated me this morning and resolved my issue and sending me 2 new Blu bar strawberry ice as apologies for an issue. When I contacted them I was not expecting anything I just want to let them know what was happening. The fact that they are actually sending me 2 Blu bar home was nice surprise and act of caring about their customers. I am very happy with them and I am staying their customer :)

Pas du tout rentable. Bien pour du dépannage mais pas en e-cigarette pour tous les jours. Les liquides reviennent cher car ils reviennent à 8,50€ les 4 ml. Faite vos comptes. Mieux vaut investir dans une vraie e cigarette rechargeable. Souvent du produit se retrouve dans la bouche. Peu de choix de taux de nicotine (9 ou 18). Les gouts sont vraiment chimiques. Bref fait le taf pr dépanner.

Could be great but it's seems a large number of the pods are faulty and do not work. I now have several pods full of liquid that are unusable due to a 'fault' yet others work fine. Unreliable
