BloomChic Tracking Order Status

The dress arrived very quickly. It's true to size and made with lovely soft material. Really good value. I read the reviews before purchasing and was a bit wary but, I'm pleased with what I've bought.

I originally posted a review to say that I had ordered clothes on the 4th of February and still hadn't received them by the 28th,however I made an error and it was actually the 16th of February,received pm 1st of March and although it was still quite a wait it was worth it,3 lovely and good quality dresses.

I returned 4 items, 2 dresses and 2 tops, they only refunded for 3. I go back to their website and apparently they had that I ordered 3 dresses and 2 tops and I only ordered and received only what I had ordered. I am currently arguing this with them but not much help is being given. I would not trust them with your money or their ordering process. Someone over there is really confused at how to do their job.

The delivery - I specifically selected express delivery to receive the clothes in time for an event and paid £16.99. From the moment I made the payment it still says that it takes 6-8 days to deliver. It has been two days now, the tracking still says 6-8 days.

I have bought several of your clothing and have been very happy for the most part. The only complaint I have is not been able to give a review on Facebook. It says I am not eligible to give any reviews.why?? And on some of the shirts I have not been happy with your tops being 100% polyester. Which in my opinion is cheap
