So happy with my experience with this company! Had a slight problem with a personalised item which was totally my own fault but after speaking with customer services they actually corrected it and sent out a replacement which I was over the moon with! Absolutely highly recommend for their product quality and customer service.

Good service and delivery on a what looked a beautiful necklace, but unfortunately after only few times off wearing the chain has gone black and caused a rash on my neck .So shame but so beautiful.
