Blissy Tracking Order Status

I love the feel and function of these silk pillowcases but want my products to last longer than a few months. After washing two different Blissy pillowcases 100% of the time in a net bag protector, and always hanging to dry, both separated from the zipper. I am done w/this inferior product that clearly does not stand the test of time. Make a quality product please Blissy!!! I want to support u.

It’s a shame, but my Blissy silk pillowcase only lasted a few months before the silk came away from the zip. I contacted Blissy about this, but because it was a gift, there is nothing they can do … understandable, I guess. I won’t be replacing my Blissy as the pillowcase was a bit tight for a normal sized pillow anyway, and definitely couldn’t fit over a pillow protector. Blissy, if you’re reading, please replace your zips with poppers!

Item took absolutely ages to arrive - quite a nice item but not worth the money. Now they won't stop spamming me even though I've unsubscribed several times. Avoid.

Requires very special wash handling, no dryer, and they end up looking pretty wrinkled after washing. I’ve bought satin type cases from department stores at a fraction of the price and they feel just as nice. Blissy arrives in a fancy box which probably adds a couple dollars to the price. Zipper feels very fragile and I don’t expect it will last very long. Just not worth the price in my opinion. I had provided a review on their website and they never published it—probably because they only publish the positive reviews. Feels dishonest on their part.

At first I loved my pillowcase. But the quality is disappointingly poor for such a high priced item. The fabric tore at the zipper in several places, despite the gentle care and following product instructions. Not worth your money.
