The extent of his commitment to going above and beyond to help me successfully navigate my eye, insurance, and product challenges, has been nothing short of remarkable! Justin's expertise, listening skills, patience, knowledge -- and, research when necessary - have made a very stressful and complicated process seem like a 'piece of cake'! Thank you, Justin, for being my pharmacist ;) This is an IMPORTANT ADD-ON to my previous feedback. I have recently learned of a brand new 2025 MEDICARE RX PAYMENT PLAN (MP3). This program bills prescriptions that are on your PART D Medicare Plan directly to Medicare, which spreads the coinsurance payments out over the year from the month when you enroll in the plan through your insurance -- unable to put link here so search for "2025 MEDICARE PRESCRIPTION PAYMENT PLAN for more info. If interested in enrolling, contact your Medicare Advantage Insurance, check to make sure your Rx(s) are PART D -- on the "formulary," (if not, you can request a "Formulary Exception"and wait for insurance approval). Ask your insurance to enroll you in the MEDICARE PRESCRIPTION PAYMENT PLAN. Once you're enrolled -- it took 24 hrs for mine to be activated -- contact Blink Rx -- FYI, ALL pharmacies are required to set up for this payment option. Once again, Justin Montgomery went above and beyond to make sure Blink Rx was set up and ready to handle their customers requests! Tell the pharmacy you're enrolled in MP3 and when you order your PART D prescriptions tell pharmacy to put it on your MP3. There is No Charge by your pharmacy for your eligible prescriptions... charges will be sent to your insurance and Medicare will send you a monthly statement that spreads the payments out over remaining months until you meet your $2,000 year CAP. Once CAP is paid by your monthly coinsurance payments, your prescriptions will be $0.

Getting my RX approved and my eye drops sent out has been very easy. I did receive one notice of a refill being sent out just 1 week after I received a 3 month refill, so not sure what happened there. I did not receive an extra so must have been a system glitch. Customer service has been great including reaching a pharmacist with my questions. And Meibo is making a difference. Just with it wasn't such a project to use, but Wirth there relief from. my Dry Eye.

I was told there was potential for the cost of Miebo to be $29 instead of $60 when insurance denies coverage. My insurance will not pay for Miebo and I am having to pay $60 each month. This is a lot of money for a medication that is sold over the counter in Europe.

Once you ship the product it takes forever for it to get delivered!

The product experience is very promising. I have such great results with my eyes. The company keeps up with ALL my prescription reminders and deliveries. With my busy life it feels good to have someone take some of the burner off my shoulders.
