Blindster Tracking Order Status

Ordering was easy. I measured carefully and their adjustment made the blinds a perfect fit. I ordered cellular blackout shades, the delivery time was about two weeks, the packaging was superior, and installation instructions quite clear. I was impressed to find that each shade is adjustable vertically with an internal screw. The click mechanism for raising and lowering works perfectly. I've only had them a week but if they hold up over time, it will be fantastic value for money.

I've ordered almost 20 blinds for 3 different places and have had the best experience. Just had painting done and painters threw away brackets for 3 windows. Chat support was great, but found the blinds made 5 years ago had been discontinued and replacements not 100% same brackets. They asked for pictures, found brackets that would work, shipped at no cost for brackets or shipping. They are the best.

Purchased 12 blinds from them. Had to reorder 1 due to my mistake. The replacement blind came not even completely assembled. Only one side would go up. Took 5 calls to get them to supposedly send me a new one. Another blind I opened 10-12 times max and the cord broke. Still no answer on that one. Customer service is patronizing and scripted. I spent $900 to replace the larger blind from a reputable company that I know will stand behind their product .

I can't believe I didn't read these reviews before I ordered! This took way too long to receive. I ordered from 2 different websites, and already got the similar shade last week. I ordered a simple white shade on 11/23/23 and it's 2 weeks later and I haven't heard anything at all from this company. There are just so many other companies that can create and ship a custom shade so much faster.

We moved into new build home with no window coverings, so I was on the search for window treatments for most the windows in my home. I searched/got estimates from both local and online businesses. I did a bit of my own research and eventually decided to give this company a try. The first room I ordered for was our master bedroom. I ordered Roman blinds. I was very pleased with the amount of options and fabrics they had to choose from and their prices were very reasonable. I pulled the trigger and order 4 blackout Roman shades which I am pleased with. Since then I have ordered window coverings for my entire house, a combination of Roman and solar shades. The quality is great, even compared to local window treatment companies who are much more pricey. What truly sets this company apart is their customer service, it’s top notch and I truly appreciate this! They are prompt, helpful and deliver on their promises. I am now a loyal customer and tell all my friends and family about them. During my process to obtain window treatments there were a few delays and a broken shade but Blindster makes it right for their customers. I’m thrilled I found them!
