BlindSaver.com Tracking Order Status

I've purchased from several internet blind companies, comparison shopped a few more, and for my money these guys were the the best. I ordered Levelor cellular shades, metal blinds, as well as Blindsaver's own roller shades. The service was really impressive. I could not ask for more. In first purchase, I encountered some installation issues, they eventually transfered me to the company president, who himself was an installer in his earlier years. He offered some great tips and I was just so impressed with the support. They've been my go to.

I purchased the same blinds through both blindsaver and blinds.com. I’ve had consistent problems with the brand of blinds. Blindsaver has gone above and beyond to help me, blinds.com has not. The difference in service is particular notable because I bought blinds from the SAME manufacturer — so there is no reason that the repair process should be different except for the company’s willingness (or unwillingness) to speak for its customers. I may not purchase from this manufacturer again, but I will for sure purchase from blindsaver again!

I order 3 blinds from BlindSaver took a month to get the blinds. The color I ordered was Oak as I have always used oak color in blinds I really didn't think I needed order a sample.. Oak is Oak right? wrong! this is the lightest color oak I have ever seen. When I called I was told I could return at my cost plus a 35% restocking fee. So read the fine print if you are not happy you will pay an arm and leg to return. Also the 2 inch blinds show a lot of light where the cords weave through so be aware of that if you have never had 2 inch blinds or pay the added cost for privacy slats The faux wood in a wood grain color has a look of cheap plastic.The valance returns are too big even though I called for correct measurements. Shop local and save yourself a headache

I have ordered Roller shades from Blind saver and I am extremely satisfied with the purchase. My Order was pushed a couple of days than expected date due to Holiday season but they made sure they addressed all my concerns whenever I called the customer care. Apart from that, I messed up with two of my window measurements and they have reordered/replaced it for free(More than 500 dollars). I was initially hesitant with custom blinds as I have to measure the windows and I wasn't sure if I was doing it right but I went ahead with the order and Roller shades in the home look fabulous. Thank you Blindsaver with the amazing price. The price was highly competitive and better than most of the corporate stores(Home Depot/Lowes/JCPenny).

Could have been 5 stars if not for a shipment of the wrong item. Ordered Top-down/Bottom-up cellular shade but received just a regular cell shade. Customer Service helped with getting the proper shade made for me. All of the cell shades are of good quality and perform well. Shipment was fast. Would order again form Blindsaver.
