Overall we are very happy with the product.Being informed a week after ordering it was on backorder should not have happened.It took 2 and a half weeks to receive.

Arrived on appointed day and intact...color of glass was perfect match....thickness of pieces was uniform....the ONLY negative factor was the pieces ranged length and width wise from 1/8" small to 5/8".....I will continue to search for THE perfect glass--- this product was best I've found in over 4 different orders from 4 different companies.

The product is great but it takes too long for them to be delivered.

Nice customer service, however, they were out-of-stock on all the fire glass colors we wanted, so we went with not our favorite but available choice. Wish they kept their inventory up to date.
