I made an error when ordering and picked the wrong size case for my phone. Only realised after it had been shipped so was too late to amend. Contacted customer service via the email and Corey was really helpful. Advised I was able to exchange and was really patient in answering my questions. I raised an exchange request which was promptly accepted and a label issued. Returns process very easy and the replacement case swiftly posted out and received today. Have now popped the camera lens and screen protector on - really easy to apply and my fantastic new case! It’s really sturdy with beautiful design and I’m chuffed to bits.
