Blade City Tracking Order Status

Good customer service, I received a faulty item, wrote some stupid things, but they were courteous and offered help even when I got angry, they were courteous, I decline they're offer of help, but it was nice to see even when I was being stupid they were still friendly and helpful. So I'd recommend this company, they included a really nice free gift too on my purchase. But yeah customer service and a small business, show them some love. Thanks guys, Great shop with a lot of selection with great prices and quick shipping. I'd definitely recommend this store as probably the best place to find that knife that you'll never find elsewhere. AAA+++

I just recived my order today and it is amazing im not a fan of all the delays but it got to me in great condition sharp blades and just amazing work thank you blade city.

Still waiting for my items. Tracking says still not shipped. Bought 28th Feb. It's now 21st March....

I’ve ordered here before and while they promise to ship your order within 24 hours they won’t, I bought a few knives from here a few different times and this time I opted to pay for 2 day shipping and got a email about 2 later it had shipped on 3/4/24 it’s now the 10th and the tracking still says it’s label has been created and will update when they receive the package, I sent a email to blade city asking for a refund on the express shipping I paid for or to have to mailed soon, and they promised me the post office already had it and gave me the tracking number, then said wait 24-48 hours for it to update, it’s been 8 days and they still haven’t gotten the package at the post office and they won’t respond to any of my emails, I found the same machete on Amazon prime cheaper I think I’ll go back to buying from Amazon after this

Ordered black rocket mini d/a otf knife. Closed it’s about 3”, with a 2” blade. It is heavier than I thought and very well built. I’ve gotten knives here before and have not been disappointed. So it’s an automatic knife, out the front- not a switchblade. I do like these better. Fantastic twine, plastic and box cutter. It’s my only reason for buying other than its small enough to carry in you front pocket without doing damage to the jewels when you sit down. Price with shipping was 36.41. You’ll be pleased with the quality. Btw, I’m 61 so I’m not bs-ing anyone. You’ll see!
