Really great customer service! My order came very quickly. Unfortunately, after the first hike it turned out that the pair had some defect and I had bad wounds from that. The store manager was extremely accommodating and helpful and accepted return. I was not expecting that, so I am very grateful

I went in today with my son for his Duke of Edinburgh rucksack fitting. We were served by Adam and he spent at least an hour with us showing us all of the relevant backpacks, describing all of the pros and cons and he gave a full fitting. We chose the perfect backpack and he also shared lots of DofE tips and also helped with other items needed. What a weight lifted, huge thank you for all of your help and support :)

Good shop with a good selection of footwear, we were served by Josh ( very pleasant & friendly young man) and it was nice to have blue light discount applied to a sale item. Thank you Blacks . I would recommend this shop for service & pricing.

A special shout out to Joe who served me at the Bury St Edmunds branch when I purchased some Merrell walking / running shoes for dog agility. He went out of his way to be helpful - very informative and obviously knew his stuff. Great product, very happy customer
