blackhelmetapparel Tracking Order Status

Still waiting for product. supposedly suppose to get it last week, but the tracking number that I have shows that it hasn't even been picked up from the warehouse yet! They don't answer emails in a timely manner, and when they do they simply just lie. No phone number to actually talk to a real person.

I placed an order for a 20th anniversary 9/11 snap back trucker hat. I received it without issue. A few weeks later I went to put it on for the first time and the plastic holding the snaps broke. I sent a picture to Black Helmet and received a prompt response. That particular hat was out of stock which was disappointing but I was offered other hats to choose from as a replacement. I chose one and it was delivered quickly. I am very pleased by how this was handled and will do business with them again.

I ordered a hat for them over three weeks ago and have yet to receive it I have sent numerous emails and all I get is the runaround from some guy name Sam. They will not refund my money or ship out the hat to me. Do not order from this company they are horrible

Absolutely horrible customer service throughout the 4 months to Evan get a shipping confirmation and lied to when I would inquire about the status I was told 1 more week there none in stock for 4 months let's Evan see if I get it as per other reviews I should Evan hold my breth

Purchased their 9/11 Blueprint decal (love it) and 20th anniversary pin. The pin is exceptional! The enamel work is perfect as is the details of this (heavy) pin. Very pleased with both items.
