Bissell Tracking Order Status

Scrivo molto volentieri una recensione positiva a questa azienda: non solo il prodotto che ho acquistato da loro (CrossWave 17132) lavora molto bene e mi ha, da quasi un anno, alleviato di molto le fatiche per la pulizia dei pavimenti di casa mia ma ho toccato con mano (l'altra settimana il mio CrossWave di colpo non aspirava più...) anche la loro ottima assistenza: prima telefonica poi pratica (nel giro di 24h mi avevano già fatto ritirare da DHL il CrossWave e dopo neanche 7gg me lo hanno già restituito con il motore sostituito in garanzia), bravi!!! Lo consiglio quindi a tutti!!!

Crosswave HF3 Molto comodo, pratico, veloce e sono felice di averlo preso.Lava e aspira in contemporanea e se si passa tutte le mattine in 10 minuti il pavimento nella casa è sempre perfetto.Non ha filtri di ricambio o rulli e bisogna lavarlo e svuotarlo ogni volta, ma questo non ti fa spendere in filtri poco riciclabili, perché finisce tutto nella vaschetta con acqua sporca.Ottimo prodotto e ho intenzione di fare un video sul semplice utilizzo per aiutare chi non lo conosce.Lo consiglio

Een geweldig apparaat.Doet wat hij moet doen.Laat absoluut geen water na.Geschikt voor tegelvloeren maar ook voor parket.Maakt zeer goed schoon!

I recently ordered a tool, a cleaning wand, for my Bissell steam cleaner. It arrived yesterday, but a porch pirate stole the box. I chatted with Bissell about it, intending to re-order and pay for another part, but the customer service person went ahead and ordered another part for me and shipped it to a nearby locker for pick-up. Wow. The person was fast and courteous, and I was so very pleasantly surprised! Thank you so much, Bissell. It is rare to find this level of exceptional customer service.

I have just purchased a Bissell featherweight 2-in-i lightweight vacuum cleaner. very excited as have been looking for something suitable for me as i have arthritis in my wrists and thumb joints.initial experience was great as although advertised for hard surfaces it did ok on my rugs,and has the very useful easily detachable hand held function and and a narrow attachment for hard to get to crevases. I assume it was designed for people like myself so am very disappointed to find the it is extremely difficult and painful for me to remove the hand held from the floor sweeper or the narrow attachment. I suggest that there should be a simple switch to press to release these,just as there is to release the hand held from the upright stick .I will need to ask someone to do the change over to avoid exacerbating my arthritis,which is not practical as i live alone. Also what would be helpful is a 2nd main attachment for carpets,either as part of the deal or an optional addition, as this one doesn't pick up hair.I would happily pay more for these changes as i would then have a hoover that i can lift and use independently for all my floor cleaning needs. As it is it has limited use,so very disappointed. I hope this review gets to the people who can make a difference.
