Delivered on time . The macaroons came damaged but customer service sorted it instantly . The chocolates were delicious and packaged lovely . The gift bag was really well made . Overall very happy with my husbands gift as he was .

My Uncle Arthur received his 90th birthday biscuits complete with personal message . A little late but he was very happy with them. It may be that the post was slow or I got the date muddled but I had thought I’d said that I wanted them to arrive the day before his birthday which was Sunday. They were two days late. It just extended the event!! Thank you for an unusual edible way to mark a special occasion.

I ordered Bridgerton biscuits x2 (lg tin) and a box of macarons There are several things to like about the company and the products: The good: -Order was fulfilled quickly and delivered within secure packaging -Presentation boxes are very decorative and attractive -Biscuits and macarons are beautifully and imaginatively decorated; a feast for the eyes! Delightful! Not so good: -Decorative stickers featuring the "Bridgerton" scene were slightly wrinkled on the metal box and needed some pressure to iron them out. (not a big issue but I feel this should not happen when paying for such an expensive item and is definitely not ideal when being given as a gift). -Biscuits are a bit on the soft side. If you like crunchy hard biscuits these may not be for you. -Many customers like the "lemony" flavour. For me - not so much. I think a plain flavour or an assortment of flavours would have been better Overall, after such high expectations and rave reviews I was expecting better for the high cost. (I haven't tried the macarons yet)

Biscuits were well packaged against possible damage in transit. And were delivered exactly as on time.
