J'ai reçu a noël dernier des birkenstock noir fourrées. Alors oui elles sont super confortables et chaudes cependant la fourrure se détache et laisse apparaitre la colle blanche. Au vue du prix de ces dernieres c'est très décevant. Alors les birk oui mais fourrés ce n'est pas encore ça !

I bought two pairs of shoes online but they were too big when I tried them on so needed to return them. Before using their returns service I came on here to see if others had returned online stock to see what their experience was. After reading so many negative reviews I wondered whether I should just keep them and try to sell them on. But considering the cost of them I thought it was worth the risk to try to get my money back. Thankfully for me it all went smoothly. The returns service from England uses Evri and I was able to track the return so I knew when I should receive the confirmation from them that they had them. I received the email about 4 or 5 days later and I got the money back in my account a couple days after that. I was so relieved as I’ve had lots of problems with other organisations online services before. I may have got lucky this time but I wanted to share on here as my experience was a good one!
