Ordered some window decals 12/23 and 1 month later I have nothing. No product, no emails. My credit card was immediately charged however. I contacted support and at least got a reply in early Jan., assuring me I'd have my order delivered the 3rd week of Jan. I will dispute it on my credit card. Update: I contacted support at Netvue via email and requested this failed order be canceled and a refund provided. They were very prompt in doing so.

Edit: I’ve changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. After about 4 weeks my parents were able to be assisted by customer service and their unit is up and running. Sent Birdfy to my parents for christmas. They have spent hours trying to get it connected and spent much time on the phone with customer service who is unable to help them. They said to find a more tech savvy person to help them. This device requires you to possibly call you IP to have them drop your 5G band in for a period of time to connect. It might not be enough to simply switch to your 2.4 band. BTW- you can't connect on a 5G band in any case. This has been the most frustrating gift I have ever sent anyone. I do not recommend birdfy at all. It shouldn't be this hard. Just google and you will see all of the issues with set up.

Generally happy with the Birdfy 'Bamboo' feeder and camera.Except the fitting and setting up instructions and the 'Chat' facility with tech advisors gives mis leading and wrong advice. There is an alarm that sounds from the camera if motion is detected, this apparently can be turned off, but the tech advice was wrong from the start.Very confusing and very frustrating.

I ordered this November 24th and it arrived today, December 28th. It is too late for giving at Christmas and now I need to ship it to the recipient. The box looked open, so I checked and not only was it definitely opened before, parts of the packaging were already ripped. The mailing address was not the company, but rather a single person’s name in California. I am both confused and very disappointed. Customer service did respond, but stated differing information 3 times. I am concerned that this was returned already opened and I paid full price (minus the Black Friday deal).

After many e-mails the company refunded my money and all ended up as it should. I promised them I would change my review here so I have. Still not a 5 star though because none of this should have happened.
