Birch Lane Tracking Order Status

The Teak Patio chairs arrived on time. they were easy to assemble and we love the quality. They are the Brunswick style Teak wood. Very sturdy and handsome. I recommend this line of furniture.

I wasn’t happy with Wayfair products before but took a chance on a Birch Lane patio set. Was pleased with the set. Comfortable, pretty and although I wouldn’t be able to put it together myself, my son did it for me. Love it but I wish they offered covers for the love seats.(did come with a cover for the table). Glad I went ahead and bought it. Very happy

Got a eucalyptus patio table at a great sale price. Just what I was looking for. Arrived ahead of schedule.

Should have done more research to find out that @birtchlane is owned by Wayfair. What a terrible experience. Ordered some expensive dressers and was told that they would be delivered between 2-6pm. Well 6:30 pm came and went and nothing. When we called, they said the driver "went the wrong way" and now we have to redeliver. They told me to "reschedule" it would be 48 hours!!!! How is this my fault?? Your driver messed up and we are getting punished. Now we have no dressers, clothes all over the floor, and have to take ANOTHER day off work to wait around for these things. What a terrible way to handle business!!! NEVER buying from them again!

I love my new Jameson couch. It is absolutely perfect. My puppy Parker especially loves sitting on the couch looking out the window
