Birchbox Tracking Order Status

I canceled BB awhile ago because I was receiving too many repeat items. Since I love their leave in conditioner I ordered a bottle from their shop 10/14/22. Its now 12/01/22 and I haven’t received the products even though I was charged immediately. I’ve now reached out 3 times and have not heard back! Very frustrating, I think I will be disputing the charge.

Received a 3 month subscription as a gift (already paid for) and they sent two boxes but not the third month. Won’t respond to emails.

I like my boxes but they are getting lazy on the designs. I love being able to try products and going on the site and ordering full size of the ones I like. I think we should get points for each box and a better break if we sign up for a subscription to have a full size delivered on a schedule. They could make so much more money by giving better prices. It's called capitalism.

I signed up for a year, gotten four boxes and hated everyone of them. I thought I was signing up for cosmetics, perfume, etc. 98% of the products are hair products and the rest is crap. Just about everything gets thrown in the trash. a perfume sample, a facial cream, and a hair product. I couldn’t have been more wrong or more disappointed.
