Los rembolso por correos no son fáciles. Primero en el envío mandan una etiqueta que no sirve de forma gratuita para devolución. La solicitas y te la envían pero en correos no funciona hasta 24 h después. Ellos ( por chat de atención al cliente) insisten que no es cierto pero dos empleados de correos dijeron que es usual. Creo que una marca así debería informar mejor y facilitar la devolución un poco m Joe

Bought quite a few things in June in Paris store. Quality is wonderful. But I would rate the VAT service they use, Planet Payment, as absolutely HORRIBLE. I received all the VAT refunds from all other stores within two weeks of returning from other VAT processing companies. The TrustPilot reviews for Planet Payment are all terrible. I hope this very cute store will reconsider using Planet Payment. Loved everything else about the shopping experience though.

Nice designs, but the quality leaves a lot to be desired and was much better a few years ago. The price-performance ratio is poor! Attention: Returns only at your own expense (from GER to ES just under €14).

Ante un problema no te atienden nada más que por wasap si no tienes tienda oficial cerca, y valoran mediante esa vía, no se hacen cargo de los defectos y problema que surjan, teniendo en cuenta los precios tan elevados con los que trabajan, deberían de dar mejores condiciones a sus clientes, y por propia experiencia la calidad precio es pésima, no corresponde nada con el importe que pagas, no lo recomiendo a nadie!!

I find all the negative feedback about Bimba y Lola completely undeserved. I bought a few pieces, read the reviews and they had me worried. Ive worn the shoes and coat now for 6 months. Fabulous clothing. The boots are gorgeous, really comfortable, very well made and my favourite high heeled boots for long city walks or traveling, the coat is warm, washes well and stays looking as new. I went back got some more things and another pair of boots in the spring sales. Absolutely love this brand
