BikeSomeWhere Tracking Order Status

I did place an order through Bikesomewhere for tires. It wasnt processing fast enough for me. Mostly likely because the tires i wanted ship from India (Schwalbe). But i also read these reviews, so that got me nervous. I immediately send them a message asking how can i cancel my order. I was refunded my money within hours. So technically, my transaction went well. Again even through other sites my tires woudnt have made it until 2021 but my limited interaction with BikeSomeWhere was good.

Bad product! Doesn’t fit correctly on my fox 36 shock !!!Slowest shipping ever!! I live 2hrs away from where product was shipped from. ordered on the 6th and product didn’t arrive till the 17th

It took several days longer to arrive then website indicated. The one thing really irritated me is the quality a battery used and the Knight Rider mako150 headlight 5056. After only two uses of maybe five minutes each, the light was too dim to use in the dark. So I had to immediately purchase new batteries which added to the cost and shipping cost which did not show up until final check out. Hopefully now the light will work or a good while.

Sorry there are haters out there, but my exp with bikesomewhere was great! I ordered my Fox flux helmet Saturday june 4 and got it Friday June 10 in west central MN. They provided tracking number, tracked it every day and it got to well before the weekend so I could use it. Helmet sells all over internet for $99 they sold it for $59.99 with free shipping, love it!! Perfect condition, packaged well, no complaints here. I heard that 90% of internet purchase errors are due to buyer mistakes. You cant please all customers all the time, but you can please most customers, most of the time.

I've had nothing but good service from Bikesomewhere. Good comms and customer service. Delivery times where good to the UK. Saw that there were some negative reviews so thought I'd give my positive view!
