Big Bathroom Shop Tracking Order Status

The instructions should be more basic clearer.

Amazing customer service and the team are so friendly and helpful. I think is this is one of the best on line bathroom sites to find well made, high quality bathroom fittings.

The standard delivery option was poor as no means of tracking parcels after 3 failed attempts and no details on attempted deliver cards about next steps. To have to then ring big bathroom customer service to be given an actually date and time between 8 and 6pm and also have an email sent stating the delivery date and im still waiting for delivery after waiting in allday for the delivery. This was ordered at beginning of june.

Tbh I can’t praise Big Bathroom enough. We bought 3 identical £280 bathroom cabinets with de mister pads & Bluetooth. 2 were fine but was had loud ish humming which I thought was going to be loads of hassle and lack of response to get replaced or refunded….. how wrong was I. The staff were efficient, professional and sorted so quickly I barely had time to put my phone down. If I have a bad experience I rarely complain and just don’t use that company again but based on this I can’t fault big bathroom at all. In short excellent quality, great packaging and unbeatable service
