The whole experience with BikesOnline has been seamless. Ordered online Saturday, had the bike assembled by Wednesday. Bike arrived securely packed and complete with everything needed for the simple assembly process. I quite liked the supplied QR code links to the "how to" videos. Overall really impressed with BikesOnline. PS. The Polygon Siskiu D7 goes unreal!

Hi! I wanted to buy an electric bike and I was unsure about which one would suit me better. I contacted the staff and I had good support from BikesOnline, before, during and after purchasing the bike + accessories. The customer service was great, especially when the bike accessory was taking a while to be delivered (the bike arrived earlier than expected) and they tracked the packaging and solved all the issues in no time! I would buy with them again.

I'm really only taking off a star because they aren't publishing my review. In June I ordered a bike, (Team Marin 2), after very long careful deliberation. Their online sizing calculator put me at size L, but the bike supplied was too big. It might have been usable with a regular type of seat post but this model comes with a 150mm dropper post. I suspect that the sizing was calculated for the regular one-piece seat post. That's really the only complaint I have. The customer service was pretty good and they wanted to send me a shorter post but the size difference was more than 50mm. I returned the bike and got my money refunded. I have used them in the past for other items including a hybrid bicycle and pedals and they are swift at sending items out and their prices are good

Good customer service. I received a bike that was too big for me and they arranged a free return and refunded the purchase price in full.
