Bettys Tracking Order Status

Ordered four fat rascals and they came beautifully packaged. Arrived on time and would definately order again. Brilliant service

Lovely box of goodies delivered to a friend as a cheer up gift. My only niggle is that I was promised delivery on 23rd April And in fact the goods were delivered a day late. Just to put this into perspective the delivery location was Chester - not actually that far from Bettys HQ so aim puzzled why it took 24 hours to deliver.

Specially ordered for the start of my wife's 80th birthday celebrations. We have visited three of the Betty's locations in Yorkshire whilst on holiday and knew that the quality would be superb, and we were not disappointed. All constituents fresh, tasty, well-packaged and nicely presented. Very happy to order again, or to visit if we are up there.

This was a gift for an old friends birthday. Having sent her previous gifts I knew how much she enjoyed the different flavours and this was equally enjoyed. The range makes it easy to choose from a small gift bag to a hamper

According to my daughter cake / scones were 10/10 but the strawberry jam even better 20/10. But Betty's courier let the side down. Having paid for delivery to arrive before noon i tracked the courier online. There was no way they would make it on time. Just before noon received notification that there was nobody in & that delivery would be rescheduled for following day. Even received a picture of a piece of empty road. (Not my daughter's road). Contacted Betty's who refunded delivery charges. Then received notification delivery had been made at 12.22. Inefficient courier spoilt a carefully timed surprise meaning my daughter (because she was told delivery would be next day) had to quickly make other plans.
