Better Bathrooms Tracking Order Status

We replaced a tap that we bought from Better Bathrooms many years ago and due to the good quality, we ordered a new one. The delivery was very quick and the tap was easy to fit.

Delivery was well within timeframe promised & was very well packaged against damage etc. This was for a tall freestanding slimline bathroom cabinet & came with wall fixing for extra stability. Attractive looking piece of furniture ready assembled saving a lot of bother.

Delighted with the product, it was as described. Had email updates throughout the process with tracking info for delivery. Delivery took a week but we knew that before we ordered. We could’ve paid for a quicker delivery. Would happily buy from them again.

Toilet and mirror purchased. Both arrived OK well packaged, mirror looks good and well made, Toilet looks good but will not stop dripping from the filling point, had to set the water levels low to stop it overflowing overnight have removed the filling system, reversed the washer but still not stopping, may have to buy a replacement filling system. A little disappointed.
