bestware DE Tracking Order Status

Well i bought a vr headset Pico 4. For start i wanna mention that the price was allready 100 euros down from where i leave (Greece). The delivery was super fast, in 5 working days. The possitive review tho is for the super after sales support. My pico had a problem after some weeks of use. It just could not be charged. I send it back and imidianly send again a brand new one. So yes, i strongly recommend this shop. Cheers.

Habe nur gute Erfungen mit dem Kundenservice gemacht. Ich musste bei meiner Bestellung im Nachhinein noch eine Änderung veranlassen, welche durch den sehr hilfsbereiten Kundenservice durchgeführt wurde. Die Kommunikation war immer freundlich und professionell und trotz des Mehraufwandes für die Firma hatte ich nie das Gefühl "lästig" zu sein. Eine durchgehend positive Erfahrung!

impressive the quality of support from XMG - bestware , I had a little problem with a laptop and in no time at all a solution was found, no chats with useless robots or RMA requests you're in 1 week, 1 click opens the chat and in no time at all you are speaking directly with a real support person. (not to forget the discord group where the community helps each other) I'm speechless I can only raise my hands +++

Livraison en 2 semaine d'un neo 17 avec 4090 avec watercooling, la puissance d'une 3099ti dekstop dans un fixe bien refroidi, clavier mécanique low profile. Le service client est au top, garantie 3 ans avec réparation rapide pour un prix raisonnable. Vraiment je suis ravi, je peux jouer à tous les jeux les plus gourmands en ultra sans concession et avec un bruit contenu. Bravo à xmg que je recommande sans hésiter, je reviendrai sûrement. Ich habe bei Bestware einen XMG Focus 15 bestellt. Eine Woche später wird mir geschrieben das dieser nicht mehr auf Lager ist, und sie mir einen Tausch anbieten würden. Der Tausch wäre ein umstieg auf den XMG Pro 15 welcher um einiges besser wäre. Ich musste aber keinen Aufpreis zahlen. Nach einer kurzen Abklärung und schnellen Antworten von Bestware war ich dann mit dem Tausch einverstanden. Die Fertigstellung des neuen Laptops erfolgte bereits nach 4 Tagen statt 1-2 Wochen. Ich kann diese Firma nur empfehlen!
