I don’t understand the bad reviews. I’ve ordered several times shipped to Baltimore MD and no issues. Fast responses from customer service, helpful with order, fast shipping. Hair is good quality for the price. I haven’t received my most recent hair order yet, but I can see the tracking info and I know it will be here fast and from prior orders I don’t expect to have any issues.

Fast shipping.... my wig is soft and nice. It does shed... but all weave sheds so whatever. I got the transparent lace, it matches great. No issues so far.

ordered for two Wigs. One was a wrong wig. Both wigs wasn’t in any packaging, no recipes of the items .makes it difficult to return when you have no items information. Will not recommend this site

The hair I ordered was a nice quality, soft and wavy just like it said but the hair on each extension is soooo thin! I’ve purchased other clip ins and they had double the hair on one piece than they do here. Unfortunately, clip ins won’t work for me right now because my hair is too short to blend with them as I recently finished chemotherapy. My wedding is coming up and I don’t have much money so I figured I could try these out and had 7 days if I was unhappy. Well, customer service only emails back at 2am and they don’t even speak or I should say type proper English.. it’s broken English as you’ll catch on their website. They stopped answering me and basically said I can’t return them, sort of hard to understand what they said because you can’t even understand their poor English lol! So I’m stuck with these super thin extensions and the clips are even thicker and ugh it’s a mess. Go elsewhere if you’re unsure because they ain’t giving you your money back. I gave two stars because the hair was pretty and nice quality but everything else was just annoying.

They will NOT give you the return instructions if you ask. They will simply reply with questions. You can demand the return address and ask them to honor their return policy, but again, more questions are run-around tactics like "you are our friend, we want to please you". Yes, please me by sending me the return address. No go. After a week of dodging their tactics and asking straightforward for the return address, they completely ignored me.
