Best Direct UK Tracking Order Status

Ordered product on Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday all in good working order. However, there was no confirmation email and I called them to be told the email will arrive once product is sent. I called 2 days later to cancel and they told me it was out for delivery. I received the item, but my phone bill arrived and I was charged £12.42 for approximately 11 minutes call time to them. Not good customer service. Really annoyed at call charges

Bought 2 Starfly Motion Laser Lights One as a gift for a childs bedoom, ok for that purpose. The second one was for use outside, only problem 1mtr flex !! Contacted customer service to see if there was an extention cable available, there isn't so I asked if I could return the one I couldn't use only to be told I would have to return the whole order ? No logic to this as I would have to return both then reorder one for the childs room, so I'm afraid I just said forget it and hung up.

Delivery was very late. The spray painting machine was noisy, hot broken pipe on the very first use of it. Not good at all waste of money.

Received item within a few days of ordering - brilliant! However when I unpacked it all, I saw the foam on the seat and on the handlebars was squashed in/worn away. Also the counter didn’t work. As it was a Saturday I decided to still use the item and call them on Monday, assuming they would just replace the faulty parts they’d sent out. When I telephoned customer service I was told to re-pack the whole thing and return it, they couldn’t just replace the faulty parts. When I informed the operator I’d broken all the packaging down she said there was nothing else they could do. I sent an email 2 days ago and still no reply!

Love it but the squeaking is unbearable and makes me not want to use. I oiled and tightened all bolts. How do you make it stop squeaking? I’m only 160 lbs...not overweight.
