To be honest, there should be different rating systems for customer service, time and products . Products and pricing will get 5 stars and customer service 1 star. First. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for. If you buy drawers like I have you would say it is not the best quality but it does the job. Then look at what you have paid. The price and quality matches. BUT, if you have an issue and nag them they will eventually get back to you and replace your faulty item within in a reasonable time frame. All problem is you have to bug them to get the process started. Overall i am happy with my purchases BUT the customer services should be improved and read delivery time frames as not all products take the same amount to ship. Some things are local and some international.

first purchase a digital watch with tracker, great, speedy delivery. Second purchase, a tablet, no communication even after 12 days....sent three contact me regarding my product with order number, literally no communication or acknowledgement of receiving my enquiry. Quite simply not good enough.

I ordered a couple of items in the beginning of December and by 20 December they had both arrived. Have to say I was pleasantly surprised, as I ordered before I saw the terrible reviews. After reading them I tried to cancel my order. When I tried to contact customer service (by phone) I couldn't. I tried to email but received no response. Happy to report that both items are exactly as described and I'm pleased with them.

I recently ordered a 4 wheel rollator walker (4th December). I then became very apprehensive after reading a number of very negative reviews. I sent Best Deals an email query, to which they replied within two days. My walker arrived yesterday - 11th December, and I couldn't be happier. I'm so pleased I carried on with the order. Thank you
