I've been shopping with this company for four years now, and they consistently provide great service. Mistakes are rare, but the team at Beserk always respond quickly. Most recently, I received an item that was not the size I'd ordered. When I contacted them, I only needed to show them a photo of the tag and they provided me with a return label free of charge immediately. They are very easy to contact and always happy to answer questions about the items, which is really helpful for buying clothes sight unseen. Thoroughly recommended.
