Shari's Berries Tracking Order Status

I ordered flowers and strawberries for my mom for Mother's day. Delivered today ontime from California to Denver. Product was in great shape. Flower bouquet was smaller than expected but beautiful well maintained flowers. Strawberries were HUGE and delicious. I don't know what everyone's complaining about. Maybe because everyone feels entitled. And no one can control FedX once it's shipped. My mom was happy and so was I. I'll order again! Thank you!

Sadly, everyone visits this website to rant, but we had a phenomenal Shari's Berries Easter chocolate strawberry box. The berries were huge and fresh, and the chocolate was rich and tasted gourmet. Unfortunately, FedEx is not my favorite carrier, but we got lucky with our postal delivery man. These berries made our Easter event the talk of my neighborhood! Grandchildren and adults loved them, no leftovers.

Never had better tasting strawberries in years. The white chocolate coating topped off the best treat ever. Keep up the great work. I actually was giving up on flavors with strawberries and these changes my mind.

I saw Shari's Berries as part of the Celebrations Passport suggestions (1-800-FLOWERS, Harry & David, etc.), and was hesitant to order them because of the bad reviews, but when they were offered as a birthday-month gift to me, I figured I'd find out what they were like for myself. They come in an extra-padded box with an ice pack to keep them cool, and they were perfect; the strawberries were fresh and the chocolate was beautiful. I've since sent a dozen to someone in Florida as a birthday gift, and they arrived in perfect condition. She said they were amazing. Maybe the quality depends on the location fulfilling the order, but for my orders to Northern Virginia and Ft. Lauderdale, they earned five stars.

I have used Sheri Berries for years. They used to have great customer service but now it’s outsourced. I was on the phone for 20 mins trying to get a shipping confirmation, which I never received. After first trying to get past the automated help to a real person, it was then the very slow, laborious and downright painful task of answering needless questions when all they really needed was an order number. Twenty mins later I’m told a request was put in for the shipping confirmation and tracking number email to be sent to me and I should get it in 24 hrs. All a big waste of time. Also, their prices are now way too high, and customer service is greatly lacking. They seem a bit too proud of those berries since they are charging so much and saving money by outsourcing poor quality customer service. Too bad, they will no longer be my fun gift idea.
