No matter what issues I've encountered with my orders, returns, or general questions. The customer care team at Berlook is always solution oriented! (the best qualities a team can have) Yuki took care of me today, and I couldn't ask for more. All of my concerns were met and resolved in under 20 minutes! Super friendly, kind and got things done! thanks again Yuki for all your help.

I was enquiring about a refund I was due for a return. The advisor I spoke to initially stated my return couldn't be found (hence why I can't give Berlook a full 5 stars on this experience) but the advisor was able to find the return after I provided my proof of return and proof of delivery. A few mintes later, I recevied my refund.

I have brought some beautiful swimsuits with gorgeous designs for all shapes, with a good return policy, very prompt in refunds, must make sure you return in the orginal bag the items come in. Like the pictures of people's purchases really shows how the swimsuits look in real life, also appreciate the money off vouchers, would totally recommend this website.

Ordered two bikinis and they arrived fairly quickly. Loved the design and fit and the quality was great. Would definitely order again from Berlook.
