I purchased a Benchmade Knife from a website called Wish within a month the little thumb knobs to open the knife, loosened up and broke off. I’ve never seen such a piece of crap pocket knife. They charge so much money for their products, but their products are really nothing but garbage, they cheaply make them and overcharged for them buyer beware do not buy their products I’m gonna

Bought 2 of their pocket knives and love them both. Very high quality and durability. Sent them in to hav e them sharpened, cleaned and have clips tightened (free service they provide on their knives!). Sent them back within a week nd knives look brand new! Great company, great product and great service. Looking for some quality cutlery knives and will definetly get Benchmade!

I've purchased a couple Benchmade folding knives and they are my favorite brand for an EDC knife.

I've been a knife nut for a long time , I own a few benchmades along with multiple others, I've always liked the quality of benchmade they just feel like we'll made reliable kit. I bought a bugout from benchmade about 2 years ago , it's been my daily carry ever since , anyway I grabbed something else it wasn't long before I regretted not grabbing my bugout, but from daily tough use the blade would get dull and whenever I sharpened it wasn't long before it would dull again. I reached out to benchmade and let me send the knife in for service , I just received it back and it feels like it did when it was brand new , I always loved their quality but after having such a great experience with their customer service they definitely earned a life long customer in me

I've carried Benchmade into combat with the United States Army and also on the streets of Portland Oregon with Portland Police Bureau and civilian. I've worn many hats in my lifetime and Benchmade has been with me on that life journey performing flawlessly. Thank you 🙏
