bellicon Academy DE Tracking Order Status

I own two cellercisers rebounders. They are amazing. I met someone from Germany while traveling and the noticed my rebounder. The suggested I try the Bellicon. I finally decided to buy Bellicon after 10 years. Pricey. Yes. I never put a price on my health. I love rebounding. The Bellicon customer service is pit a full. Poor to say the least. The Bellicon is not a bouncey as the cell but the platform sits up higher and a softer feel. By reading Bellico. Reviews the USA company seems to be in denial on how the treat customers. I don’t mind paying more but stand by your products with excellent customer service. Cellisier will answer the phone and communicate with you on your health and anything you need. They been manufacturing rebounders since the 70’s. I teach class online and always use my celluciser/rebounder.

First, I will say the Bellicon itself is great and creates a much softer and more comfortable bounce than the metal spring rebounder I had before. I am giving 2 stars primarily because the customer service has been non-existent. When my rebounder arrived, all of the legs were completely dinged and scratched all over and were clearly used. At $700 for a trampoline, I would not expect to be given used parts. Over the past 3 weeks I have emailed Bellicon and left 2 messages on the customer service line, hoping to get some sort of discount because of the used parts, but I have received no response at all. Since then I have looked at other reviews and it seems like sending used parts and having poor customer service has happened a lot. Again, the trampoline itself is much more comfortable than a metal spring trampoline, but I would hope the customer service would be better for such an expensive product.

The measurement of the mat is misrepresented. I need to know dimensions of JUMP surface. My 44" took over 2 wks to arrive; legs loose, banging/dinging each other. And the MAT had a pattern of dust suggesting it already been used. This is considered KING...having used my first one 40 years ago, I expected more rom Bellicon in the care of my product, and in honesty!

I am not even sure where to start. I honestly feel like I could write a novel on how happy I am with the Bellicon. My biggest regret is how long I waited to purchase one. I had debated for a couple of years, but worried it was not worth the money. I now know it is worth every cent and then some. Previously, I had a used rebounder I got from Cragislist. I had no idea the differences in rebounders until I got my Bellicon. The Bellicon is like jumping on a cloud. The bounce is so smooth, comfortable and fun. I get giddy every morning before I am about to do a work out. Previously, it seemed like such a chore to rebound. I only mildly enjoyed and if I used my old rebounder for more than 30 minutes, it hurt my back and feet. I have used my Bellicon everyday since purchasing it for 45 minutes plus, and have no soreness at all. I also want to mention the customer service I received from Katie was exceptional. After I placed my order I decided to change the color of my bungees. There was a slight delay in Katie's response, so because of it she expatiated my order. My Bellicon arrived hours before a historic snowfall fell upon us. If she had not done that, most likely I would have to wait another week for it to be delivered. Instead, I am happily jumping in front of the window while looking at all the snow piled up outside. Your hardest decision should not be if you are going to get a Bellicon, because you must, but it should be what color to choose for your bungees and mat ring.
