BelleZeke Tracking Order Status

Tuve un problema con un pedido, nunca llegaba y después de varios correos con atención al cliente resultó que no la tenían en stock. Me enfadé, puse aquí una crítica y se pusieron en contacto conmigo. Pedí la devolución del pago y fue rapidísimo, en 2 o 3 días tenía el dinero en mi cuenta. Es decir, gestionan regular, al menos conmigo pero NO creo que sean una estafa.

This was my second order from Bellezeke and all 8 of the dresses have been fine. I anticipated that a Chinese firm would be likely to have different sizing so l opted for 5x and l am very pleased with all the items that l purchased. It is important to remember that their clothes are inexpensive. But l have found the quality of my dresses to be very satisfactory. My experience of their communications is also good, so overall l am a very happy customer. Thank you all at Bellezeke. Margo Burgers.

I have finally heard back from them and they are insisting that I submit pictures with the clothes on! “Please submit pictures showing the quality and fit” They want me to submit pics showing the clothes are too small and too big!!! 😳 So insulting, imagine how they might use this pics of me! This is crazy!

Can't understand all the negative reviews. My dress is gorgeous, well made and fits perfectly. Excellent customer service.
