Si je pouvais mettre 0 je l’aurais fait. Commande de 60$ jamais arrivé et jamais remboursé puisque que le service à la clientèle est inexistant!

It’s been more than a month and I didn’t receive my order (ORDER #BCE018098926). They said it takes max 17 business days... I don’t think it’s true and I really hope I will receive them.

Order #BCE018098368. This is my order id. Its been so long but still neither they have shipped my product nor they are responding me on mail. I have mailed them at least 100 times. Terrible customer service. Please don't buy from them. They are just looting people. They are fake. Please don't waste your money on Bellechloe. They will keep your money and will not fulfill your order.

It would be nice if they had a valid tracking number or respond to inquiries. I ordered 95.00 worth of merchandise and I haven't heard anything since. I'm reporting this as fraud. I'll just find similar items.

I love bellechloe, all of my products arrived just as advertised. They're perfect. And they delivered when expected.
