Bellabeat Tracking Order Status

Love the Ivy, has really helped my life overall (been treating severe depression/PTSD). I tried the Leaf first, didn’t think I could afford the Ivy at the time, but the Ivy was for sure what I wanted to order. Tried the Leaf out and it was a little off and not really working out so I was able to get a refund. I then waited a little bit to purchase the Ivy, which I love. I used to use the Fitbit Sense, which I bought to mainly help me develop healthier habits and cultivate awareness/be more in touch w my body. Within the second month it was really hard to use as sleeping with that device on gave me the slightest shocks at night, and I needed it on at night to understand my sleep habits. I couldn’t get a refund from them. I have never felt any shock pain with the Ivy, it’s so gentle and I am able to wear it at night, so we’re compatible in that sense. I’ve had my Ivy for about 8ish months or so and while there were some months where I honestly didn’t wear it from not having motivation or mental energy/hope, I see the changes and quality in life that have been made with the Ivy’s impact. I’ve severe depression and PTSD so having the Bellabeat app to help me track basic needs as well as meds (I use the daily note part) and get an understanding of my body from the daily reads, has been really helpful. It’s also been motivating me to take care of myself more and making it fun in a way. I also really love the Coach part of the app, some of the breathing exercises have really helped me when I was anxious/racing thoughts or having brain fog & fatigue. The articles they release in the app are cute and shared some good tips on self-care and health, and they’re quick/easy to read. I love the design, cute, and minimalistic. Some may prefer smartwatches, and that’s a-okay, I get overwhelmed with too many things running. It’s freeing in a way to be able to track and motivate myself to build healthier habits with a cute bracelet and an app that helps me feel calm and at ease. I’m thankful for my Ivy and I hope to be able to support the Bellabeat brand more in the future with their line & improvements. I made a career shift into the education sector and took a big pay cut for that, so this purchase was considerable for me in a way, but it was so worth it now that I am taking steps to make my life healthier to ease the depression/PTSD. It may or may not give you the relief in the way it does for me, but I hope you give Ivy a try and have something that helps you breathe easy and feel good.

Whatever recent upgrade you did was terrible, my Ivy will no longer charge or sync and after being advised to force stop the app and reinstall, that will not even open. I've been with Bellabeat for many years, 1st with the Leaf and now the Ivy, which is less than a year old. The Bellabeat team have tried to help but I fear nothing is going to get it working again. Sadly, though, if this is not sorted soon, I will be asking for a full refund of my Ivy and going elsewhere! UPDATE 7th January 2023 I have received a new Ivy and along with the app, it all works! I must say how great Bellabeat have been with sorting out the problems with the app and sending me a new Ivy. It was all sorted within 3 weeks and so far, all is ok. Hopefully it will remain this way and no further glitches will occur in the future.

I got a Leaf for my birtday. However,it was faulty. I kept track of its acuracy via compairing the stats with that of my samsung watch. I reported it to the seller and after numerous attemts from my side to fix the problem,they happely agreed to send me a new one. The first one was 3weeks old. It is now week 2 with the new one...the same tecnical issues are starting to occur. It does not sync properly and neither does it keep accurate track of my activity. Its main job is to be a pedometer, however its its worse function. Although very cute...I dont think this is for someone serious about fitness.

I'm so disappointed at the way my leaf chews through batteries. In the promotion, the battery life is listed as 6 months but I have had to change batteries each time in less than a month.

I’m loving my Ivy tracker! I’ve been using it for a little over a week now, and I’m really enjoying being able to track so many different things! I adore the design! I never used to wear trackers because of the “bulky” look. The Ivy is much more stylish than most other trackers on the market!
