Beem Tracking Order Status

Excellent Customer Service. Contacted with a problem that had developed with my coffee machine. CS lady (unfortunately I did not get her name) dealt with the matter expeditiously and offered either a full refund or a replacement. I chose a replacement as I really like the machine. Customer services arranged delivery of new machine and collection of old one all within 3 days! This is how customer services should be and makes me a loyal customer.

My Beem coffee machine developed a fault in that it would not stop showing CALC warning even though I had run descaling program several times. I contacted customer services who without any hassle offered me either a full refund or a replacement. I chose a replacement as I really like the machine. The lady I spoke to then informed me that my machine would be collected and a replacement delivered. Really impressed. This is what customer services should be like. Sorry I didn’t get the name of the customer services lady to give her credit in this forum.

Update : received the adapter plug today. 4/11/23. customer services are sending an adapter out and have been very responsive. The appliances are lovely looking and the one that works makes lovely coffee. Kettle works and looks impressive Both coffee machine and kettle come with eu plugs the kettle was clearly a return. I wish I had checked reviews prior but their site shows nothing. I left them mine on their site and they don’t publish neg. They advertise 3 pin but you recieve 2 pin. I’m not sure what to do as returns are listed at cost to you so can mis sell products without being held accountable it seems
