Bedworld NL Tracking Order Status

The driver Fahid Mahmood was fantastic helped with delivery of Mattress, very understanding, as the Mattress was not exactly I had ordered, was very helpful I was not happy with my order, Fahid Mahmood was helpful and took the mattress back. but the bed I had ordered was from bedworld was not as expected the legs were damaged on opening the bed from packaging, some other problems as well, so far past two days I have tried to contact them but with no luck, hope some one reply's and sorts the problem out. very disappointed.

Het matras 1,5 jaar geleden gekocht en hij is enorm hard terwijl hij medium is en nu al doorgelegen.

Wij waren blij dat we matrassen van goede afmetingen hadden gevonden,dus besteld. Snel na plaatsing werd gebeld dat we ze niet konden ruilen. Hier gingen wij mee accoord. Er werd een bezorgdag afgesproken.Er werd niets gebracht. Opgebeld,zouden teruggebeld worden,dus niet!! Tot op heden niets gehoord en gekregen. Wij hopen op een goede afloop maar kopen bij Bedworld nooit meer
