Fiz uma encomenda dia 05/08/2024 foi uma experiência péssima não recebi a encomenda até hoje dia 16/08/2024 , pretendo o valor que paguei pela encomenda de volta, este site não é honesto tem que haver punição da polícia para estas situações

Very poor experience. Order placed 8 days ago. Asked for update as item has not arrived just get automated response. Several further messages sent with no response and phone number found by research is not correct. This company looks suspicious to me so avoid having anything from them.

Still waiting for my refund 3 weeks after returning an item. I know the return parcel has been delivered. Not getting any response to emails now so not at all happy with this company - they owe me nearly £60.

Really happy with the fast and efficient service. After placing my order I needed to contact them, so used the Live Chat function on the site, got an answer within a few minutes and had my issue resolved. My lingerie arrive very quickly and I love the gift box! Will use this company again.
