I had to ring Sylvia as I had put the wrong delivery address, and she was very helpful, finding my order and telling me the delivery date. Sylvia was very patient and waited for my email with correct address for delivery.

Bit surprised by the positive reviews on here as had quite a poor experience with this company. First of all you receive no confirmation email of your order which is pretty staggering these days. Any phone conversation with the company is difficult as the agents do not speak English well. To top it all off the delivery driver was not going to install the Divan Bed until he was asked to do so (this was part of the deal advertised on the website). If you take a look at the google reviews (which are much worse then the trust pilot ones) then these seem to be common issues so I wouldn't recommend Beds.Co.Uk to a friend/family.

It would be so much better if the editors or writers left the feed back that each 4 in a bed contestants all read there feedback at the same time then there may not be as much game playing it would be more interesting
