Bed Factory Direct Tracking Order Status

Took my 92 year old mother-in-law to choose a new bed. Nyree at the Warrington store was exceptionally patient as mum struggled to try different mattresses and base heights. She gave us lots of info and options with no pressure to purchase and was friendly and helpful throughout our quite extended time in store. When our purchase was finally decided on she explained everything clearly. Many thanks for your help Nyree, you made the whole experience pleasant and easy.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the Bed Factory, and the level of dishonesty I encountered was truly astounding. To begin with, the Bed Factory blatantly lied about their finance options. When I initially inquired about their payment plans, I was assured that a specific financing option would be available to me. They explained that they were in the process of negotiating with a new finance company and assured me that this payment option would be available until the delivery date. However, just a few days before the delivery date, they abruptly changed the payment method and required us to pay the full amount in cash or to cancel the order. This sort of bait-and-switch tactic is both unethical and unprofessional, and it demonstrates a severe lack of integrity on the part of the Bed Factory. But the disappointment didn't end there. Another area where this company proved itself to be untrustworthy was in their mattress care warranty. When I purchased my mattress, I was explicitly told that it came with a comprehensive warranty covering any potential damage, defects, and even care for dirty spots. However, when I encountered an issue with the mattress and sought assistance from the Bed Factory, I was met with indifference and denial. They conveniently "forgot" about the warranty they had promised, leaving me stuck with a dirty mattress and no support from the company I had entrusted my money with. In fact, I must acknowledge that the quality of the mattress and bed itself was really good. However, the Bed Factory's dishonesty regarding finance options and their failure to uphold their mattress care warranty is indicative of a company that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking out a more trustworthy provider for your bedding needs.

Gary was extremely helpful and did everything to find the right bed and mattress for me for moving into my new home, despite me giving him very little to work with, with small measurements and specific requirements, he went above and beyond to makesure I was sorted! From start to finish I found my dealings with the Bed Factory very pleasing. I ordered a double divan base and enjoyed designing it bespoke for my requirements and a bed head. I liked the fact that it is made to order in their uk 🇬🇧 based factory and was quickly delivered down to my chosen freight company in Portsmouth as I had arranged for it to come to Jersey. The VAT was returned shortly after the order arrived on the island without any fuss. Definitely worth putting your trust in this company.

I brought a kingsize bed and a bedroom furniture set for my daughter from the Stoke store. The salesman/ store manager Richard served me. He was very helpful and friendly and had alot of patience with me whilst I tried all the different beds to make sure I picked the best/right bed for me and not just selling me the "expensive/top of the range beds- mattresses " The delivery was very quick and I had the best night sleep I had in a while. I would highly recommend Richard and bedsdirect to family and friends . I will certainly be back in the future if I need anything eles. Thanks again Richard :)
